A: CHEST MEASUREMENT
Stand straight and measure around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape is level and snug along the center line.
B: SHOULDER MEASUREMENT
Measure across the top of your shoulders, from one sleeve seam to the other. Ensure the tape is straight and aligned with the sleeve joints.
C: WAIST MEASUREMENT
Take the waist measurement at the level of your navel, ensuring the tape is snug but not too tight. This is typically about 2 inches above your hip bone or higher than where trousers are usually worn.
D: SLEEVE MEASUREMENT
Measure from the shoulder seam (sleeve joint) down to the wrist bone.
E: BACK LENGTH MEASUREMENT
Measure from the bony protrusion at the base of the neck straight down the middle of the back to the level of the knuckles of both hands when arms are relaxed at your sides.
F: NECK MEASUREMENT
Measure around the base of the neck, just below the Adam’s Apple, where the collar would naturally sit.
G: HIP SIZE MEASUREMENT
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips or buttocks, ensuring it is snug but not tight.
